① Wire Section: The bottom mesh is 21m, the upper wire is 7m; the air-cushion headbox slurry mouth is 4100㎜ (Xi’an Weiyang); the dehydration element is a stainless steel ceramic panel; the vacuum roller diameter is 900mm (effective suction area 4100㎜); the drive screen roller is ∅800 mm.
② Pressing Section: Two large rollers with a pressing diameter of 1320×4150×4800㎜; 4 pieces of blind rubber hole rollers.
