• Equipped with two large rollers, each with dimensions of 1320×4100 mm.
• Both the upper and lower rollers adopt a blind hole design, optimizing pressure distribution during the pressing process.

3. Drying Cylinder Section

• Includes 26 groups of dryers, each with a size of 1800×4330 mm.
• Operates at a pressure of 5 kg and is configured with a middle-size press.
• Adopts closed gear box transmission for smooth and efficient power transfer.

4. Calender

• A two-roller calender produced by Dalian Mingzhu, with specifications of 700×4100 mm.

5. Paper Reeling Equipment

• A complete set of horizontal paper reels, designed for stable winding of finished paper.

6. Rewinding Machine & Drive System

• Features an upward paper frame rewinding machine for flexible handling of paper rolls.
• Equipped with ABB 800 variable frequency drive, enabling precise speed control.
• A reducer motor is included and available for immediate use.
