2. Key Section Configurations

① Wire Section

• The bottom wire length is 21m, and the upper wire length is 7m, ensuring effective pulp forming.
• Equipped with an air cushion headbox (made by Xi’an Weiyang) with a lip width of 4200mm, guaranteeing uniform pulp distribution.
• Dehydration element adopts a stainless steel ceramic panel, featuring excellent wear resistance and dehydration efficiency.
• Vacuum roller: Diameter of 900mm, with an effective suction area of 4200mm, enhancing dehydration performance.
• Drive screen roller: Diameter of ∅800mm, ensuring stable transmission of the wire system.

② Pressing Section

• 1 unit of vacuum press, with specifications of ∅900×850mm, effectively removing moisture from the wet paper web.
